Libero UK was formed in 2007 to manage the finance and structre of the football academy set up following the departure of the staff and players from Kettering Town FC.
By the end of the year Libero had formed an association with Southfield Scchool for Girls in Kettering, delivering currucular football. This also led to work on behalf of the Kettering School Sports Partnership in early 2008.
The relationship was further cemented in September 2009 as Libero Uk took over the facility managment of the new sports hall and added an apprenticship scheme to the football academy.
